Files and tutorial for how to upload 3 custom portraits, the complete sound set, and a ring making Astarion a Fledgling Vampire so you can play him as the main character in Baldur's Gate 1.

I recorded Astarion's voice lines from Baldur's Gate 3 and converted them into a format that can be used in Baldur's Gate 1. (this probably works in BG2 as well, but I haven't tested it yet) Included with the voice lines is a profile picture in the correct format for Steam. If you are using the original Beamdog client, you may need to create the small portrait files as well (the steam version only requires the large version).
I also created an optional ring called "Vampiric Touch" that you can install using EEKeeper. In order to share this ring without you having to change your dialog.tlk file, I am unable to change the ring description in the game. Below is what is included in the ring, mimicking the stats of a Fledgling Vampire (https://baldursgate.fandom.com/wiki/Fledgling_Vampire)

- Level drain target 1 level, healing self for 10 HP (spell save) (once per long rest)
- Charm creature (save breath weapon) (once per long rest)
- Regeneration 1HP/2sec
- Poison resistance: 100%
- Cold resistance: 50%
- Electricity resistance: 50%
- Immunity to poison
- Immunity to Sleep
- Immunity to Level drain
- Immunity to Panic
- Immunity to Morale break
- Immunity to Disease
- Immunity to Charm creature
- Immunity to Berserk
- Immunity to Hold creature
- Immunity to Paralyze
