  • Tharchiate Basement, near various necromantic research.
  • Myconid Colony, up the shroom stairs from Spaw.
  • Grymforge Lookout, up the stairs from the Ancient Forge waypoint.

Act 2

  • Reithwin Town, near the Center Square. 
  • Thorm Mausoleum, near the entrance just as you walk in.
  • Balthazar's Room in Moonrise Tower, near the center.

Act 3

  • Mystic Carrion's Ancient Lair, hard to miss.
  • Auntie Ethel's Grotto, up the cliff near the entrance next to the Gnarly Cauldron.

    Hey, so the totem for balthazar in act 2 just is not there? maybe im looking in the wrong place but the room he is in has nothing unfortunately :c

      Hey there! Absolutely loving the mod so far, just had an issue though. The book to craft the items from Grymforge & the Myconid colony didn't spawn in for me. I've done an exhaustive search for them and cant find so it may be a clash with another mod I'm running, as I made a new character and the book didnt spawn the second time either to let me craft the items.

      Is there a possibility for you to create another mod to allow us to get these items from the adventure chest incase we have bugs like this occur?

    So I tried looking for information on what the questline adds, I get that it’s tied to the subclass with bonuses, but based on comments, I feel like I’m missing stuff. The one in the colony mentioned combining a drow head and something else, and a comment said something about using a book. I get on a first playthrough, it can be immersive to look for everything, but I’ve already played the game a couple times and don’t feel like blindly exploring the entire map again. And I can’t tell if quests for totems have stuff related to said quest near the totems, or if I have to explore the entire game for these random items. Love the mod, not trying to be a sod, could use some clear direction. You don’t even have to tell me where the stuff is, more like I want to understand how it’s structured. The colony totem for example, I’m completely stumped by how to find the items.

      Regarding the drow head: "Examining" the scroll you get from the totem tells you the recipe. "Reading" the scroll opens up the crafting UI.

      The totems are unrelated to the in-game/journal quests, they're Dread Overlord-specific boons.

    This might be an issue or it's intended for later but i can't seem access the colony totem. I know where it is but the usual "cutscene" stuff doesn't happen when i touch it. Anyone know why?

      It's literally in the town square. Hold down left Alt as you're walking around, it'll make the item easier to see.

    Would anyone be able to remind me what to do with Nere's Blooming Head, please?  I have the Blooming Head, and a Soul Coins, but I can't remember what the Totem said to do with it :/

    Never mind - there was a sneaky book I somehow missed :)

      Was it a permant power or a one time use item when you used the Corrupted Myconid Bloom?

      You get an item from it after combining the book, the head, and the soulcoin. The item is reusable and raises a mushroom zombie for you. The zombie is really useful for its abilities.

    I can't find the totem in Auntie Ethels Grotto for the life of me, I look right next to the cauldron, I look everywhere in the room but still nothing?
    Its her lair underneath the Blushing Mermaid right? Am I just looking in the wrong spot?

      Near the entrance to Auntie Ethel's lair, there's a cliff you can jump to. It's not in the middle, but above the entrance.

      Ty for the pictures!! Idly ppl did r just say it was the Myc leader steps. The problem was Spaw alive & dead show up in a different spot for me.

    I go to the places but I don't find some, for example in the mausoleum in act two or in underdark in the mushroom city, I only found Nere's head
