I'll go ahead and list them in order of what categories I've placed them in within Vortex, the name of them, and a short little description if they aren't mine. Hopefully this helps.
BUG FIXES / UTILITIES
1. Baldurs Priority
- Allows the application to be prioritized by your CPU.
2. Home Brew - Localization Fixer
3. LSLib/Divine Tool
- Vortex just has a popup if you don't have this installed. So it's installed.
4. Native Camera Tweaks (HEAVILY MODIFIED)
- Allows you to move and position the camera in ways that simply is not possible in the base game.
- I have modified the default settings in order to achieve a close, over the shoulder style camera while not in combat.
5. Native Mod Loader
- Loads DLL files. Necessary for some mods to function properly.
6. Norbyte's BG3 Script Extender
- Necessary for many mods to function properly.
7. ReShade (HEAVILY MODIFIED)
- Allows for graphical improvements.
- I've modified a ReShade file for personal use.
8. Smart Autosaving
- Automatically triggers autosaves at intervals that you determine via a config file or MCM.
8. Volition Cabinet
- Required for EasyCheat.
- Allows you to move with WASD, rather than clicking to move.
- When combined with my over the shoulder camera from Native Camera Tweaks, the game is VERY cinematic.
DICE SKINS
No point in listing descriptions of these, what dice skins people like will be entirely subjective. But here are the names of each. With the three from the base game, this leaves you with a total of 20 dice to choose from. Fitting and pleases my OCD.
1. Astral Sea
2. Carved
3. Dark Urge
4. Dwarven Stone
5. Fireball
6. Golden Death
7. Great Old One
8. Infernal
9. Iron Edged
10. Lolth
11. Moon Maiden
12. Mysterious Artifact
13. Sakura
14. Sealed Dragon
15. Storm
16. Warm Glass
17. White Dragon
GAMEPLAY
1. Bags Bags Bags - Reforged
- Adds in a ring to the tutorial chest which can spawn a bag filled to the brim with various bags for sorting your inventory.
- Many bags are auto sorting. Meaning items will automatically go into them when you pick them up.
- Fantastic for inventory management.
2. Block and Miss Differentiation
- Makes it so that sometimes when an attack fails, the text will display "Blocked!" instead of "Dodged!"
- Just a purely flavor based mod. Makes sense that sometimes you would block.
3. Configurable Movement Speed
- Allows you to change how quickly characters move around in the world.
- Does NOT affect the game mechanic Movement Speed - it is simply for getting around faster outside of combat.
- Setting the speed of movement to be 25% or 33% faster makes it feel so, so much better to move around.
4. Critical Miss Has Consequences
- When any creature rolls a Critical Miss, the person they were attacking can spend their Reaction to attack them back.
- Adds some weight to missing, and can create some really hype moments. It's fun!
5. Discordant Instruments (HEAVILY MODIFIED)
- Adds in dozens of trinkets throughout the game which sit in your instrument slot, turning it into a sort of accessory slot instead.
- I've completely and totally overhauled the entirety of what the trinkets do to better suit my overhauls.
- The mod author has generously placed open permissions on their work, so if people are interested, I'll upload this to my page.
6. Difficulty Classes - Dice Checks
- Makes all ability checks in and outside of dialogue just a little bit harder.
- Does not affect checks during combat.
- I use the MAIN+1 file, to make most checks require rolls that are just 1-2 higher than normal.
7. Home Brew - Carry Weight Increased
8. Home Brew - Classes Reworked
9. Home Brew - Demanding Long Rests
10. Home Brew - Feats Reworked
11. Home Brew - Gear Reworked
12. Home Brew - Illithid Powers Reworked
13. Home Brew - Initiative Reworked
14. Home Brew - Item Weight Adjustments
15. Home Brew - No Skills for Backgrounds
16. Home Brew - Potions Reworked
17. Home Brew - Races Reworked
18. Home Brew - Scarce Inspiration
19. Home Brew - Spells Reworked
20. Home Brew - Tactician Reworked (Party of Four)
21. Improved Idols
- Holding the idols of Shar and Selune can help you resist the Shadow Curse.
22. Infinite Turn Fix
- Forces an AI characters turn to end if they aren't taking any actions.
23. Killable Children
- *laughs in Durge*
24. Level Curve Adjusted
- Adjusts the leveling curve to be a little more front loaded. Getting to level 3 is a bit faster, while later levels are somewhat slowed down.
- I use the "Base" file.
25. No Pickpocket Investigation
- Makes it so NPCs will not walk around accusing people after being pickpocketed.
- Will still do so if you fail the Sleight of Hand check, of course.
26. Non-Lethal Ranged Attacks and Spells
- Edits the Non-Lethal status to allow ranged attacks and Spells to work with it.
27. Party Limit Begone
- Allows you to bring as many companions with you as you want.
28. Pocket Blocker
- Prevents you from pickpocketing both Withers and Volo.
29. Secret Scrolls
- Adds missing scrolls into the games loot pools.
30. Sit This One Out 2 (HEAVILY MODIFIED)
- Allows you to designate party members to "Sit Out", meaning they will disappear during combat encounters.
- When used with Party Limit Begone, this lets you take everyone with you while maintaining a challenge!
- I've heavily the script in this mod to remove features I did not want. But it works perfectly well right out of the box.
31. Trade With Withers (HEAVILY MODIFIED)
- Allows you to trade with Withers. His gold will not run out, so rather than running to vendors, you can simply sell to him.
- I've modified the "addon" file for this, which normally would allow him to sell gear.
- My modification makes it so that on every long rest, he will sell three random dye and one completely random item in the game.
- Unbalanced? Yes, it can be. But my group is rushing to see what he has every time we rest, and it makes resting much more fun overall!
32. Wild Magic D100 (HEAVILY MODIFIED)
- Modifies the Wild Magic table to have 100 effects.
- This mod is completely compatible with my Sorcerer/Barbarian changes.
- I've modified the file to balance out some of the effects, fix bugs, etc.
GRAPHICS / VISUALS
1. Shields Visible But Not Cutscene 2024 Again
- Places shields on your back outside of cutscenes.
- Also moves some weapons like Shortswords to your sides.
2. Distinctive Dyes
- Edits the original 41 dye icons to more closely resemble the colors they actually produce.
2. Dye Support for Shields
- Allows you to dye shields.
4. High Quality Paintings and Portraits
- Upscales the quality of paintings and portraits in the world.
5. Longbows Without Spikes
- Removes spikes from longbows.
6. No Shar Symbol Shadowheart Tent
- Removes the Shar symbol from Shart's tent.
- She's supposed to be hiding who she worships, so it makes sense.
7. Radial Darkvision
- Edits Darkvision. Instead of only applying where your character is looking, it will brighten the area around you in a radius.
- MUCH better for moment to moment gameplay.
8. Shorter Staves
- Just shortens staves.
9. Smaller Boo
- Just shortens Boo.
10. Smaller Torches
- Just shortens torches.
11. Vivid Landscapes - Fire and Ash
- Makes fire look much better.
12. Vivid Landscapes - Roads
- Makes roads look much better.
13. Vivid Landscapes - Terrain
- Makes general terrain look much better.
14. Vivid Landscapes - Water
- Makes water look much better.
MOD TESTING
1. Easy Cheat
- Lets you immediately level, respec, spawn any item, etc. All from within an MCM.
- It's actually great for not just mod testing. You can do practically anything with this thing. Def recommend to always have on.
2. Plus UI
- Makes the level up animation about 10x faster.
- The class rework would not exist without this lmao

19. Dynamic Sidebar (HEAVILY MODIFIED)

- Just flat out doesn't show you when you fail a roll while walking around. Things like Perception.
22. Hide Skill Check and Approval Notifications (Seems to not be available anymore?)
- Hides the notifications that say if you passed/failed a check in dialogue, if companions approve/disapprove of your choices, etc.
- Much more immersive, as you have to learn your companions personality and not just check numerical values on what they do and don't like.
23. Immersive Loading Screens (HEAVILY MODIFIED)
- Adds in tons of new loading screens. Very artistic and they all look fantastic. Each Act has its own loading screens.
