and yeah what everyone else said - F10. x) I literally have one finger on F10 and the other on print screen.

You can use the default F10 key to hide the interface. It can be used while exploring, while in the character creator, and while in cinematic cut scenes. Just toggle it back to see the interface again.

Also there is a tool to unlock the camera and do other things. You can find them linked on my post here at the top: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/images/1116
