Looks cute! I applaud everyone's interpretations of these characters, as I like mixing up appearances myself. I always mod games and appearance, if I can.
That gith I would play! She looks great, amazing job! I might actually use her in my party more often. She can always be played as having a horrible disfigurement (a non-gith nose) or that one in a bazillion rare creature known as half human/half gith. Great thing about D&D is that nothing is ever set in stone. You can personalize it to the way you want to play.
