I'm a little sad. I actually wanted to use the unexpected days off to learn how to take more beautiful photos.
And to write their story. Instead, I had to deal with the game just disabling my mods on startup.
I can't find an answer to the question and have really tried everything I could find in terms of advice.
In the meantime,
I can't start the game at all. If anyone has any ideas, I would be very grateful.

    I've run into this problem a few times, but the solution was always +- the same. Save the modsetting file, start a new game with one mod from the inner manager. The main thing is that the game should do an autosave with the mod. Then exit and replace the new modsetting file with the old one. It worked for me

      The main menu could not be loaded by the current game mod ___. The main menu in this mod requires level . Make sure to delete all local mods and try again. If the issue persists, please contact Larian Support.

      Unfortunately, I can't start the game anymore. I found a solution on Reddit, but it didn't help.

      So the game won't load at all? Even if you remove the mods folder and run the default version? Apparently, something damaged some inner files

      no, it doesn't load, I'm having Steam check it again for corrupt files. I already did that once today, then the script extender will complain again, I have to pull the bin from the Steam console again. After that it seemed to work, could start a new game but WASD did not work. So I reinstalled that and Native Mods, now the game won't start again. I have now uninstalled all mods ( I'm crying ) and hope I can start it after the bug fix.

      I got my game running again, but it still has everything disabled. I did what you wrote and that helped. I am very happy right now. Thank you very much for that.💜

    Ouch.  I'm so sorry.  I am zero help on this kind of stuff but I hope you get it fixed asap!

    Ahww, that blows. Im sorry to hear. The game does have the tendancy to just up and die sometimes. Is there any mod you added or updated? Do you use the out of game menu or the ingame?

      I had installed a mod that I suspect was responsible for Astarion no longer appearing on the beach. I uninstalled it again and Astarion was back. 
      However, I had to activate all mods ingame on an older savegame in another run.
      After that it seemed to work again.  However, I had to do this every time I loaded the older game with a new save. Very annoying. Since this morning, however, the game has decided to no longer accept the mods. They are all set to inactive on the right when starting in MM. The complete loading row. 
      I don't use the IMM for mods at all. My game was always stable, I don't know this at all from BG3

      I had it when the game updated. Suddenly one of my mods (Aasimar mod) did not work anymore. And the playthrough didnt work without the mod so I had to end it (Act 3 too :sob:). 

      Can you remove all mods from the game folder and start it modless? Then add mods by the handful each time and check if they work still.

      No, somehow this does not work although I have recreated the modsetting file. I have now deleted everything and hope that I can start the game without mods
