Update 5.6 to Basket Full of Equipment SFW and NSFW added amulets and shoulderpads for the cloak slot and boot/belt combination items for the boots slot.

You can customize many of the Basket outfits and some of the Vanilla outfits with these shoulderpads and belts. Cloth pants outfits work the best with these.

Amulet, Ring and Belt slots cannot have visuals. So these items have to be moved to other slots or combination items need to be created.
