Makes the help action kinda suck, no more res piling in the early game without some good Medicine checks!

New version:
Assist an ally in need. Remove Burning, Ensnared, Restrained, Enwebbed, Prone, and Sleeping from a friendly target.
A successful Medicine check will heal a Downed target for 1 Hit Point getting them up off the ground.
While in combat a failed Medicine check will only stabilise the Downed target.
Old versions:
Assist an ally in need. Remove Burning, Ensnared, Restrained, Enwebbed, Prone, and Sleeping from a friendly target.
While in combat, a successful Medicine check will stabilize a Downed target.
While outside of combat, a successful Medicine check will heal a Downed target for 1 Hit Point, a failed Medicine check will stabilize them.
Known conflicts:
- Other mods editing the Help action may not be compatible, mileage will vary.
Load order:
- I used self inheritance, but even so it's not really going to be compatible with much else that edits the Help action.
