Simple modification to implement a Deity option for Gale Dekarios - God of Ambition.

This was originally for my own playthrough where I intended to play as a Cleric of Gale sent back through the planes to ensure he still claims the Crown of Karsus and achieves divine ascension, but I thought it might be interesting to post here and see if anyone else has any interest.
The mod is fairly simple, as I have little to no clue what I'm doing with BG3 modding.
If there's enough interesting I'd like to properly figure out making sure the tag works, add an icon & maybe learn how to add / replace dialogue in the game specific to being a Cleric of Gale Dekarios.
Also depending on interest I might try to figure out making an Ambition Cleric subclass, or something along those lines, and use it to implement Gales form of Magic ("the Galerian Weave") that is already in the game but went unused as the DLC was never made thus we don't have a chance to play beyond the epilogue.
