I am not good at English, so please let me know if my description or English is wrong or difficult to understand!
Replace vanilla makeup and tattoos with new ones.
Makeup is mostly simple.
Many variations of makeup and stubble have been added in place of tattoos, but new tattoos have also been added.
There is some duplication in makeup and tattoos for more variation in combinations.
For those who do not need eye makeup, there is an optional file that replaces the makeup with stubble, etc.
✦ Installation ✦
Unzip the downloaded file and place the .DDS texture file inside in the following folder:
\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\_SharedAssets\SHARED_Atlas\Resources
If you are using the More Makeup and Tattoos version, place it in the following folder:
\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\MakeupAndTattoos
If you are using the Unique Tav Custom Appearance version, place it in the following folder:
\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\unique_tav\FACE
If other make-up mods or tattoo mods exist (vanilla .DDS files in the case of Unique Tav), they will be overwritten, so please make a backup if necessary.
✦ Uninstallation ✦
Delete Skin_Atlas_Head_SHR_Makeup_A_MSK2.DDS and Skin_Atlas_Head_SHR_Tattoo_A_MSK1.DDS from the folder where you placed the textures during installation.
If you are using the More Makeup and Tattoos version, delete More_Makeup.DDS and More_Tattoos.DDS.
If you are using the Unique Tav version, delete Skin_Atlas_Head_SHR_Makeup_A_MSK.DDS and Skin_Atlas_Head_SHR_Tattoo_A_MSK.DDS and replace them with your backup vanilla DDS files (or other Makeup and Tattoo Mods) that you have backed up.
✦ Notes ✦
- This mod replaces vanilla makeup and tattoos and is not compatible with other makeup and tattoo mods.
- NPCs use the same texture files as the players, so the NPCs' makeup and tattoos will also change. To prevent this, use Unique Tav Custom Appearance.
- The CC icons are unchanged from the vanilla ones.
