Origin characters are kinda hard, there are way too many lines to change so hopefully I got the important ones. Also since she's Origin she'll most likely need a fresh game or a respec in order to appear.
Then extract the Localization folder from that into your Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data Next choose 1 name (the different names will overwrite each other so you canonly use 1 at a time)
and 1 version of it (loose files or pak)
If the pak version, just add it using BG3MM like any other mod
If the loose file version, just extract it to the same folder as the base Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data
