This sub class gives you no spells, yet it gives you EVERY spell.

A Spell Thief is more than a natural talent with magic, they have preturnatural talent. Able to understand the intricacies of a spell by
simply observing it being cast, the very few that have this capability
have to hide it because it terrifies the magical community. This talent,
however, allows the Spell Thief to spend time that would otherwise be
spent on learning the basics following other pursuits.

Spell Thief level-based upgrades are as follows:
- Level 1: Iron Mind
- Level 3: Unarmored Defense, Dextrous Unarmed Attacks, Bonus Unarmed Strike, Deft Strikes
- Level 5: Unarmored Movement
- Level 6: Fast Hands
- Level 7: Hound of Ill Omen
- Level 9: Magical Ambush
- Level 10: Controlled Chaos
- Level 11: Advanced Unarmored Movement

You may see a reaction popup if a nearby NPC/Player casts a spell. This
allows you to either learn the spell, or blacklist and and (ideally) not
be pestered about it.
You must see the spell being cast! (not a 100% thing, but supposed to work this way)
- The Clear Blacklist ability clears this blacklist, which will prompt
you to learn spells you previously rejected if they are cast near you
again.
- The Summon: *** Spell-Eater ability summons The Spell-Eater, which will eat (remove) any spells you have learned via observation if
you cast the spell on it.
- The Focus ability allows you to focus on a single target and learn the next spell they cast. This has the
side-effect of silencing them afterward.

Spells learned show up in the Common tab, not the Sorcerer tab.
I do recommend trying my Sneak Attack mod with this subclass for a Ninja-Mage experience
