Sorry for the "delay" but I've really fought for my life with the hundred problems that I've had with this mesh. Also, the fact that yesterday one of my mods went mini-viral on twitter and I saw a bunch of hate, again. I'm also an artist, and it's befuddling how this kind of thing happens to mods but not art (not that it should for the latter, but, to paraphrase one of the comments I saw yesterday, I doubt someone quoting a piece of art with "I don't get why people like this, it's one of the ugliest drawings I have ever seen" would be seen as anything but awfully rude).
While I don't think my mods are "art" the same etiquette should apply: someone put a lot of effort into this thing they made for fun in their free time, in this case to share with others, and if you dislike it they have no reason to be exposed to your opinion. Private GCs are a thing.
Okay, so, Karlad. I've had to remove his neck scars to better gel with the mesh, and his body textures won't be there, but I've managed to import his horns (yay!).
They're "Horns E: Stygian Skewers". They will replace the horns for any other body type 4 NPCs using them.
Similarly, I've had to delete the horns from her skin textures, so if you have him bald and hornless, the "horn nubs" will be skin colored.
If you want to make Karlach use this head replacer, you'll need to use Eralyne's Appearance Edit Enhanced mod. I included a video of what it looks like when you use that mod in conjunction with my head replacer.
This is, again, a head replacer for Tav, so any body type 4 NPC using this face will look like Karlos. As mentioned previously, I don't know that much about modding, so replacers is all I can do, but I welcome anyone who wants to try making it a proper mod!
For my pictures, I used Magnetuning's Origin Swatches (Important if you want Karlad to match the OG colors), and Eyes of the Beholder by Labotor (important if you want Karlach's cat pupils, if not, they will be round but they look good)
List of known issues:
-Out of the earrings, only the nose rings look good
-There is a texture neck seam. I really tried to fix it you guys. I couldn't.
Installation:
Simply extract the ZIP you've picked into the Baldur's Gate 3 Data folder.
The path you'll be extracting it into should be something like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\
To uninstall, simply delete the "Generated" folder.

Special thanks to the Down By The River modding community, especially Poesielibre for guiding me through the nightmare that was fixing the UV maps. Check out her mods!
