Armor can be found in the tutorial chest on the nautiloid.
All equipment weights halved so that most Tavs / Origins can easily pick up the Armor Cache.

Note: Most headwear is now universally usable other than Dragonborn. I will update this mod as I rescale more items. Unfortunately it's a slow, manual process.
