Changed the cost of Quickened and Heightened Metamagic be like DnD Tabletop (2 Sorcery Points instead of 3). If you don't like this change just keep using version 1.1.1 of the mod.

Additionally makes the cost of Quickened and Heightened Metamagic be like DnD Tabletop (2 Sorcery Points instead of 3) so this feat has its place. If you don't want this additional change use version 1.1.1 of the mod then.
