Changes the saves for Stunning Strike and Flurry of Blows from Maneuver Save DC (uses STR/DEX) to Ki Save DC (uses WIS) like in 5e.

Changes the saves from Maneuver Save DC to Ki Save DC like in 5e.
This also aligns with the tooltip for Stunning Strike showing the Wisdom modifier as part of the Save DC calculations. It could be that Ki Saves were intended but never implemented; thus, the tooltip. See the BG3 Wiki notes on the Stunning Strike page for context (linked below).
Affected spells:
Note: "Flurry of Blows: Stagger" does not check against any Save DC.
Maneuver Save DC = 8 + proficiency bonus + Strength or Dexterity modifier
Ki Save DC = 8 + proficiency bonus + Wisdom modifier
