Summary

Level 3
Mutilation, Art of the Kill, Bhaalist Blessing

Level 6
Bhaal Invocations

Level 9
Perfect Kill, Bloody Step

Level 3 - Mutilation

Grants you Proficiency in Medicine.
I am planning to add a feature related to severing the hands of dead creatures, but it will take some time to plan out properly and will be added in a future update,

Level 3 - Art of the Kill

Grants you the True Strike Cantrip.
Attack Rolls you make against a creature you have marked with True Strike has its Critical Threshold reduced by 1 and if you deal damage, you can roll your Damage Dice twice and use the highest result.
This feature does not trigger if the True Strike status was applied through a means other than the Cantrip.

Level 3 - Bhaalist Blessing

When you kill a creature with an Attack and that creature is not a Construct or Summon, you can offer the kill to Bhaal and redeem a Murder Boon.
When the conditions are met, you will receive a temporary Spell that allows you to select 1 of 4 blessings.
You can only redeem a boon for kills made since the end of your last turn.

Bloodied Blade
Empowers your next Weapon Attack, increasing its damage by half of your Sneak Attack Damage (rounded down).
This primarily allows you to enhance your Sneak Attack with extra dice.

Murder Frenzy
Until the end of the turn, you can make one Main Hand Weapon Attack using a Bonus Action instead of an Action,
but you have Disadvantage on the Attack Roll.
This boon is balanced by the fact you cannot receive Fast Hands from being a Thief and not only do Rogues have Cunning Action, but they are also likely to be Dual-Wielding, which results in a lot of competition for your Bonus Action.

Satiate Bloodlust
Immediately regain Hit Points equal to 1d6 + your Rogue level.
This acts a weaker Second Wind.

Marked For Death
Until the end of the turn, you can cast True Strike once using using a Bonus Action instead of an Action,
Just a way of casting True Strike without an Action. In certain situations, it can help keep the flow of Sneak Attacks coming if you think
you might not be able to meet its conditions on your next turn.

Murder Frenzy and Marked For Death give you a toggled passive that allows you to choose whether or not the next action you make will have that effect.
The passive is toggled on by default, so you won't need to interact with it outside of very specific circumstances

In order to redeem a blessing, you must expend a Murder Boon Charge.
The number of charges you have is equal to your Proficiency Bonus and all charges are restored after a Short Rest.

Level 6 - Bhaal Invocations

Grants you the Disguise Self and Invisibility Spells.
You can cast each of them once per Long Rest.
Only getting two Expertise for your 6th Level in Rogue is quite sad so I'm populating it with this feature.
I originally couldn't decide if I wanted to give this feature at Level 3 or Level 9, so this is a perfect spot for it.

Level 9 - Perfect Kill

Gain +5 to Attack and Damage Rolls against creatures you have marked with True Strike
This is just more buffs to incentivize you into using True Strike.

Level 9 - Blood Step

If you are standing on a blood surface, you can use an Action to teleport to a different blood surface within 18m/60ft.
A thematic but situational mobility feature.
When you obtain this feature, you also gain a new Murder Boon.

Bloody Passage
Until the end of the turn, you cast Blood Step once using a Bonus Action instead of an Action.
Can be used for a quick getaway after a melee kill.
