About this mod
Adds three new loose hairstyles for Shadowheart or your own body type 1 character in Character Creation, as well as her vanilla hairstyles and two variations of a cut content Shadowheart hairstyle without the Shar headpiece! Optional standalone replacer version also available in Misc files :)

Have you ever wished Shadowheart could let her hair down in camp at night for roleplay purposes, or just wanted her to have a loose hairstyle that still looks like her hair? Surely she doesn't sleep in all that metal? Well now you can! I originally made this mod for myself for use in my current Dark Urge x Shadowheart Youtube series, but I've had several of my subscribers ask me to release it publicly, so here it is!
What this mod does:
This Mod adds three loose hairstyles for shadowheart (or your body type 1 character!) in the CC, as well as her vanilla hairstyles, and two variations of a cut content hairstyle for her which I added physics to! This makes for easy swapping between hairstyles for roleplay purposes or otherwise. Previously if you changed her hairstyle in the CC, there was no way to get her vanilla hair back, but now you can! The hairs are only for body type 1 at the moment, including giths and tiefs, I need to learn how to convert it for other body types still <3
A standalone replacer version is now available in the Miscellaneous files section if you simply wish to replace her hair completely and bypass the need for Appearance Edit Enhanced! Spoilers ahead if you haven't finished her story yet!
What you need:
This mod technically works standalone to add the hairstyles to the CC, BUT, you won't be able to use them on Shadowheart without the mod Appearance Edit Enhanced and its optional file, "Appearance Edit Origins." Without those, you won't be able to edit Shadowheart's appearance. If you just want these hairstyles for your own character though, feel free to only download this mod! ImpUI is highly recommended as well, although not technically necessary. As previously mentioned, I've made a replacer version in the Miscellaneous files section if you want to bypass Appearance Edit enhanced and just replace her hair entirely.

Also, the long hair will clip into capes and cloaks, this is unfortunately unavoidable. There are a few scenes in the game where her vanilla hair might be hard-coded, but these are rare and you may not encounter any at all! Just a heads up, it will go back to what you changed it to after the scene if it happens :)
Compatibility: I recommend loading it after any other mods that may affect Shadowheart. If you have any mods replacing her vanilla hairstyle with bangs, this will be reflected in the CC for the MAIN MOD, I did this intentionally so that this mod would be compatible with other Shadowheart mods. Do not use any other Shadowheart hair replacers if you're using the replacer version of my mod. I highly recommend using Shadowheart Hair Tweak with my mod, as I use this one in all of my own playthroughs, and Down Style E & F are based on it with permission from SunnyGrassy! The circlet from that mod works a lot better with these hairs too.
If you choose to use the alternative replacer version of this mod, do not download the main mod, they are incompatible!
DLSS is known to cause problems with the scalp on some hairstyles, these ones included. There isn't anything I can do about it unfortunately, it's DLSS that needs some adjustments :( If you're having scalp issues, try turning DLSS off.
One user has reported to me that they had issues using this mod with Unique Tav, I've never used it and cannot test it myself but be aware that there may be issues there.
Installation/Uninstallation: Install with BG3MM, I have not tested it with Vortex but I have been told by another user that it works with Vortex. I haven't personally had any issues removing it from an existing save, just remove it from your mods folder and refresh BG3MM or Vortex. I can't promise a save that had it will work with it removed, but in my own experience it did!

Down Style A will replace Shadowheart's Act 1 and 2 bangs hairstyle, and Down Style B will replace her Act 3 parted hairstyle!

If Shadowheart's hair turns white in act 3, these hairstyles will be white by default, I cannot do anything about this sadly! TURN THE GREYING SLIDER DOWN TO ZERO if you want to use the down-style with white hair Shadowheart, otherwise the colours will look a little funky!
