Changes the Well Liked and Well Fortified passive to healing you in Charisma Mod. HP.

I did this beacause the Dark Ones Blessing conflict, where Potent Robe Temp. HP overrides Dark Ones Blessing, which is better. This mod changes to Ring of Regeneration passive, healing you at the start of your turn in Charisma Mod. HP, instead of original 1d4.
Also, the description of the Robe is changed, to match the new passive, although it states "the ring" instead of "the robe". Didnt change that beacause I would need to make a new description for every language, so its better to have this little error, but work in every language.
