- Shouldn't matter, unless there actually is a mod out there editing the ActionResourceDefinitions.lsx for Reactions, in which case for this mod to work it would need to be loaded after (below).

- akgis32 for originally creating ReactionPointsOnUI which achieved the same goal. Unfortunately ReactionPointsOnUI is broken on Patch #7+, I fixed and reuploaded it but it got taken down due to a permissions issue, so instead I've had to make my own from vanilla files.
