This removes that ugly default pose your custom Githyanki does. The idle pose is tied to your portrait, so it will also change the portrait like in the picture.
Install with BG3 Mod Manager like normal > its a pak Put UNDER unique tav in load order example: if your unique tav is mod 100, this needs to be mod 101
