It says Appearance Edit Enhanced is a required file but it isn't. It's an optional install if you want to fully customize the characters for yourself when you play.

- Extract file here
- Put folder in your savegames folder (C:\Users\[your username here]\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public\Savegames\Story)
- Run and Load game and select the Kat save file
