Well, this isn't really a mod... I'm just sharing my own list of formatted character UUIDs (~ 105) to use with Script Extender ♡

ABOUT
Have you ever wished to switch your favorite characters' appearances at any moment? Then, this "mod" is just what you need!
I listed about 105 character UUIDs in a text file and a Google spreadsheet, all formatted and ready to be pasted in the Script Extender console. I've included the most popular, as well as some that I personally find attractive.
If you need a special UUID that's not in my original file, then feel free to ask! I'll do my best to help you :)
REQUIREMENTS
Norbyte's Script Extender is an absolute necessity! You can find it on Nexus or GitHub.
If you haven't enabled the console yet, then follow this short tutorial by Kvalyr.
note : You can also use Cheat Engine if you prefer, but with this table made by CtrlAltDaz!
MAIN COMMANDS
Your Tav's ID, which didn't need quotes :
To transform a character (1) into another (2) :
To clear the transform :
