Mayrina's done crying, her makeup won't still be running when you meet her in Act 3. She will also have cleaned the dirt off her face, got a haircut and a new dress.
Mayrina's will have her vanilla appearance in Act 1, and her updated appearance in Act 3.
**This was made in the patch 8 toolkit, but should still work fine in patch 7 (I hope). Please let me know if it doesn't**
UPDATE: Mol's Glow Up (improvements and bugfixes)
If you give Mol's eyepatch back to her, she will no longer revert to her act 1 appearance. She will now wear both her new outfit and eyepatch (and she's dyed it to match her new outfit).
Mol's vanilla portrait icon is missing the glow in her eye, giving her corpse-like appearance. She now has an updated, more life-like portrait.
Edited clothing meshes to fix the clipping around her neck (kindly provided by tealrabbit19).
UPDATE: The Hallowleafs Restyled Version 2
If Shadowheart rejects Shar and chooses to save her parents, then they will wash up and change into new outfits.
This uses Osiris scripting to change the Hallowleafs' appearance only after Shadowheart spares them (and only if she has rejected Shar).
If Shadowheart becomes a Dark Justiciar but chooses to spare her parents at the last minute, then her parents' appearance will remain the same. They'll be too depressed to wash or change their clothes.
Aylin Restyled
What's Changed: Aylin has a new prison outfit, and her face is no longer dirty. The kintsugi on her face is gold now, it was more dull coloured before. She has a new hairstyles for both her prison appearance and for when she's in armour (when she takes her helmet off).
** Note: If you load this in an existing playthrough, and you are already in the Shadow-Cursed Lands, the dirt will probably not be removed.**
Isobel Restyled
There isn't much to improve on, other than the face tattoos and the running makeup. I also gave her some Moonmaiden themed earrings, moonlight silver makeup and moonlight blue highlights.
What's Changed: Isobel's outfit is slightly edited. No more face tattoos, new makeup. New earrings and hair highlights.
Volo Restyled
After rescuing Volo, he gifts you the Blazer of Benevolence. Since his default outfit is so basic, he should wear the blazer too.
What's Changed: Volo is wearing the Blazer of Benevolence.
House of Hope Restyled
The Eternal Debtors all have new looks. No more shabby rags.
What's Changed: The Devoured, Immortal, Loyal, Mocking, Perfect, Shameful, Smouldering, Theologist, Unclean , Visionary, Voyeur and Waltzing Eternal Debtors have new outfits. Some debtors have completely reworked appearances.
Add-On: House of Hope Couture. The debtors disguise that Hope gives you now matches the rest of the debtors outfits.
Mol’s Glow Up
Now that Mol has joined the Guild, she's changed out of her old torn clothes.
What's Changed: Mol has a new Act 3 outfit
Devella Fountainhead’s New Armour
Her new armour is not as bulky looking. If she’s going to be investigating murders in full armour, at least it can fit better. Her afro is also bigger and doesn’t have the braids on the sides anymore.
What's Changed: Devella has a new outfit, and new hair.
The Hallowleafs Restyled
Arnell and Emmeline Hallowleaf will wash up and change their clothes if Shadowheart rejects Shar and spares them.
What's Changed: Shadowheart’s parents have slightly different outfits for their imprisoned appearance, and entirely new and clean outfits for after they have been freed.
Lady Jannath Restyled
Lady Jannath has a new look. Alternate version with Mizora’s head (I dunno. Once I tried it out, I can’t go back to her vanilla head).
What's Changed: Lady Jannath has a new outfit, and optionally a new head.
Mayrina No More Tears
Honestly, I think the game can be a bit harsh with Mayrina, considering she is the victim.
Mayrina’s makeup is no longer running, optionally she also has Isobel’s hairstyle (ideally her hair would only change in act 3).
** There is a gap on the back of her neck where her dress and neck should meet (but don't). Her vanilla hair normally hides this. It's only visible in one scene (at Connor's grave) but if it bothers you, stick with the original hair. **
What's Changed: Mayrina has new makeup, and optionally a new hairstyle.
Captian Grisly
There is exactly one good pirate hat in the game, and the pirate captain lady wasn't wearing it.
What's Changed: Captain Grisly has a new improved pirate outfit. Both "Ethel disguised as Grisly" and "true Grisly" are altered. True Grisly has alternate armour and now equips her Salty Scimitar(rrr) first instead of her crossbow.
*Grisly will only equip her alternate gear if this mod is installed before you enter the lower city map for the first time*
**Because her gear has been changed you can't uninstall this one mid-playthrough, see optional files for alternate version that can be uninstalled anytime**
Nesha Leesha (Blushing Mermaid murder target)
I feel like there aren't very many strong body type NPCs in the game (especially ladies), so this tries to correct that.
What's Changed: Nesha has a totally new strong body, face, clothes, everything.
** If you decide to kill her and take her hand (you monster), her body will change to body type 1 (magically). The strong bodies don't support missing hands. It's not really that noticeable I think. **
Mirie (Sharran Attendant of Grief)
Mirie is running the front desk for the Baldur's Gate branch of Scientology, and today is not casual Friday.
What's Changed: Mirie has a new outfit, and a new face.
Confused Merchant Regis
This is just a bit of fun. The confused merchant outside the House of Grief is voiced by Mark Noble, who played Regis in The Witcher 3.
I know he's wearing Dettlaff's jacket, it's good enough, it works.
What's Changed: The Confused Merchant is wearing Dettlaff's jacket, pants, gloves and boots. He has Regis' hair and muttonchops (pretend he has no mustache pls).
Required: Hairstyles from the Continent (for Regis' hair) and Witcher Outfits - Dettlaff (for the outfit). If you don't have these he'll probably just be bald and naked.
Much thanks to Bububull and Cerberry.
Counsellor Florrick
There's a couple of different versions of Florrick to choose from, I'll add more at a later stage.
She still has some dirt on her face, but it's not part of her visual appearance. It's being added from somewhere else. She's on the road all the time and barely stays in one location before jetting away again. It's not unexpected that she'll pick up some dust.
What's Changed: Florrick's hair, makeup, dress is a different colour, and new shoes.
Required: More Dreadlocs and Curly Hairstyles for the hair options. If you don't have it, she'll be bald (maybe you're into that, no judgement here).
** Her portrait icon has been updated, but it isn't going to match perfectly. **
Marcus' Beard and Hair Fixed
Marcus' (the Flaming Fist spy at Last Light Inn) beard doesn't match his hair, and I don't know what is going on with his fringe. It really bothers me more than it should. So I fix.
What's Changed: Marcus' beard now matches his hair, and he's brushed his hair too.
Hope Restyled
Hope has a whole new look. New hairstyle, new outfit, new makeup (no more tears) and those awful face tats are gone.
What's Changed: Hope has new hair, makeup, armour and face tattoos removed.
Installation / uninstallation mid-playthrough totally fine (*except uninstallation for Captain Grisly, see optional files). Install with Baldur’s Gate 3 Mod Manager. Vortex probably works fine also.
Thanks to tealrabbit19 for the edited clothing meshes in Mol's Glow Up.
