GLORY be, friends! Thanks to a savvy mod.io user, I've fixed the no skimpies bug!! Please update your mod and get skimpy! If you wanna. No pressure or anything.
Includes the following:
- 14 Armors!
- 10 Gloves!
- 10 Hats!
- 9 Boots!
- 7 Cloaks!
- Camp Clothes!
Important Caveats to Keep in Mind, Appearance Edition:
- 1 Gith exclusive look, and 3 Gith exclusive hats/circlets (see item description)
- You'll need to remove your underwear for the "skimpy" looks or it'll clip through. All private bits are covered!
- Lae'zel's armor looks very strange on masc bodies so y'know. Wear the other Gith armor if you don't like it.
- Gnomes have no Myrkul gear, period, so they look different for anything that includes Myrkul bits.
- The Ketheric set includes all the pieces: gloves, boots, cloak, circlet, and, duh, armor.
- Look 4, the Splint Mail: Body Type 1 and femme Gith have the leather puffy trousers; everyone else has the fancy cloth trousers.
- Camp clothes: There's just a few pieces, because who wants to wear armor in camp?? The one complete outfit has a Gith-exclusive look and I've done my best to recreate it with other races.
Important Caveats to Keep in Mind, Performance Edition:
- As always, all stats scale with level as listed in the description. Un-equip and re-quip at the appropriate level to activate the ability or stat!
- All abilities will show starting from the moment you put the gear on, but they won't work until the correct level. I promise.
- This mod is a combo of medium and leather armor. It's like that because...I made it that way. It's not a big deal to me either way, tbh.
- I've added abilities for all 3 Fighter sub-classes, including Eldritch Knight. I know you don't need Arcane Acuity as a regular-style fighter, but it's there anyway so enjoy it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Available from the Tutorial Chest, or Dammon in Act 1, the Moonrise Bugbear in Act 2, and Popper and Helsik (The Devil's Fee) in Act 3. If you've already visited one (or more) of these merchants, you can either summon the tut chest or long rest a few times to reset the merchant inventory.
The mod is fine to load mid-game, but don't take it back out again or it'll wreck your save.
Coming Soon!
- Re-working scaling stats: Now that I'm using the gear in the game with my guys, I realize that having the scale end at lvl 8 isn't enough! I just dinged lvl 8 in the creche ffs. This gear and the Mage mod have lvl 10/12 stats as well, so I'm going to add the same to the older mods. Not necessarily add more buffs, but just change how they're distributed.
- Dark gear: As you can see from this mod, I've added some darker looks to the repertoire. I'm planning to go back to the Paladin mod, especially, to add some "evil" looks.
- A note about modular...ing...being modular: Modular worked for the Mage mod because robe, robe, robe, but for armor like this or my other mods, I prefer to build the looks. It's what makes it fun for me! So I won't be going back to add modular gear to old mods, and while I won't rule out modular gear in future mods, it probably won't happen.
- Druid gear might be next! Stay tuned!
