Makes Markoheshkir just a tad bit better, which it deserves

I decided to make the quarterstaff that is Markoheshkir better because I felt it lacked some power being legendary and hard to obtain.
Things I changed:
- Weapon Enchantment from +2 to +4.
- Added 1d6 Radiant damage.
- Arcane Enchantment from +1 to +2 bonus to Spell Save DC and spell attack rolls.
- Added Elemental Weapon alongside Kereska's Favour. You can use both at the same time.
- Additional spell slots; 1 level 3 spell slot and 1 level 4 spell slot.
Installation:
Import using BG3MM, add to load order and remember to export order to game. And you're done!
For manual installation simply extract folder to C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods
