There are two versions of this mod:

• Dark Urge Tweeaks - Astarion: Astarion's "twee" fix + all edits to his nested Durge conversations.
• Dark Urge Tweeaks: Has all the features listed below
  

Act 1

• Added a post-Alfira dialogue for Karlach (why doesn't she have one??)
• Added post-Quil greetings for Astarion, Karlach, Gale, Shadowheart, and Wyll
• You can talk to all your companions about what happened with Quil
  



Act 2

• Have a longer conversation with Astarion the morning after he helps you resist your Urges
  

Act 3
Well done again on besting Bhaal and all that. It was.. very twee.
Maybe your vampire boyfriend lifted his twee line from some two-copper paperback. Maybe he defaulted to his usual morbid humor and failed to read the room. Or maybe, just maybe, this was the best response that Astarion's sweet brain, being a bit less wrinkled than the rest, could muster.

• Astarion will have a different immediate reaction for redeemed Durge if you completed his personal quest. 
• I kept the "Twee" reaction if Cazador is still alive, and for platonic Vampire Lord. 
• Rearranged the dialog tree so that you can have a slightly longer conversation here
• I actually really like the "twee" line as it's very in line with Astarion's dark sense of humor, so I kept it as a "day after" greeting (similar to "Good morning! Thank you for not killing me the other night." or "Precious little Bhaal babe!") if you didn't hear this line from him day of.
  

Very fuckin' proud of you, darling. Seriously.
Romanced Karlach will also have a more emotional reaction to Durge overcoming Bhaal. Available for all body types :)




Misc edits

• Completely unrelated to Durge, but since I was already editing Karlach's TopicalGreetings file, I also took the opportunity to disable her incorrect reaction to Wyll breaking his pact with Mizora
  

Future plans
I still have more I'd like to add to this mod, including changing up redemption reactions for more companions. In the meantime, drop me a note if there are features you'd like to see, or if there's a companion you'd really like me to prioritize! 


Installation
Download the .pak file for the version you're interested in and install with mod manager.

This mod can be installed or uninstalled mid-playthrough. The post-Quil content you get depends on how late the mod is installed (anytime before the Narrator starts wrapping up the morning after inquisition -- "An uneasy feeling lingers in the air" -- will still net you all the topical greetings and post-murder dialogue options, as long as you haven't placed the blame on anything/anyone else).

There are two versions of this mod. Install only one.

• Dark Urge Tweeaks - Astarion: This version edits Astarion's reactions ONLY and includes his post-Quil greeting, his Act 2 edit, and updates to the "twee" line. 
• Dark Urge Tweeaks: Has all the features listed above, but is more likely to conflict with other mods

⚠️ Because this mod overrides base game files, conflicting mods can cause problems even if they're just sitting in your Mods folder (as .paks) or Data folder (as loose files), so be sure to check for conflicts in both folders if you are having trouble!

⚠️ Similarly, if you're done with this mod and want to change to another that edits the same files, you'll want to move this one to a different folder or delete it altogether so that it doesn't cause issues.

If you just want to change the 'twee' line:
Download the Dark Urge Tweeaks - Astarion version. This version will have fewer conflicts:
