I felt an extremely compelling urge to play a reclusive winter witch in BG3 and figured a new Druid subclass was the way to go. This one is an adaptation of Blackbando's Circle of Winter, which they uploaded on GM Binder for me to stumble upon. I felt that it nailed the class fantasy I was looking for, so obviously I had to implement it into BG3. Should synergize extremely well with the ridiculous amount of items that buff Cold damage in this game.

SUBCLASS FEATURES
CIRCLE SPELLS
2nd level: Ray of Frost
3rd level: Darkness, Snilloc's Snowball Storm
5th level: Sleet Storm, Slow
7th level: Fire Shield, Ice Storm
9th level: Cone of Cold, Hold Monster

At 2nd level, you can lower your body's temperature to below freezing through druidic magic. As an Action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature to channel the might of winter, rather than transforming into a beast form, and you gain 5 temporary hit points for each level you have in this class. While this feature is active, you gain the following benefits:
• You add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any Druid cantrip or spell as additional Cold damage.
• Your melee weapon attacks deal an extra 1d6 Cold damage to any target they hit.
These benefits last until your next Long Rest, until you lose all these temporary hit points, or until you use your Wild Shape again.
Similar to Symbiotic Entity (or Storm Shifter, if you've used my Circle of the Stormchasers mod). Worth pointing out is that you deal additional Cold damage with all damage-dealing cantrips and spells that you cast, not just ones who deal Cold damage. Couple the melee damage bonus with Shillelagh and you'll be a menace in melee as well!

Starting at 6th level, while you are affected by your Winter Spirit feature, a cloud of frost and snow billows around you, freezing your foes. As a Bonus Action on each of your turns while you are using your Winter Spirit feature, you can force one creature within 9m of you to succeed on a Constitution Saving Throw. On a failed Saving Throw, the creature's movement speed is reduced by 3m until the end of its next turn. Additionally, you are immune to slipping while walking on frozen surfaces.
Gives you another option on which to spend your Bonus Action, of which the Druid doesn't have many in the first place. Doesn't deal any damage, but if you manage to hit with this and fire off a Ray of Frost at a target, their movement will be severely impeded. The slipping immunity is just a tiny bonus.

Beginning at 10th level, your magic is permanently touched by slippery ice. When a creature fails its Saving Throw against a Druid spell you cast that deals Cold damage, it falls Prone. The bonus Cold damage granted by your Winter Spirit feature does not count as a spell dealing Cold damage for this feature.
Works like it says on the tin. Only works if you force a saving throw, and not when using attacks.

By 14th level, your body permanently resembles a creature of snow and frost. You are Immune to Cold damage, and when a creature hits you with a melee attack, it takes Cold damage equal to half of your Druid level.
*Requires a mod that allows levelling past level 12.*
Also works like it says on the tin.

BONUS 2nd LEVEL SPELL

A flurry of magic snowballs erupts from a point you choose within range. Each creature in a 1.5m radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity Saving Throw. A creature takes 3d6 Cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
Felt this one was too flavorful to exchange for something else, so I implemented it as a bonus spell. Nothing too fancy, but I tried making a fitting and unique spell effect at least.

POTENTIAL ISSUES/DISCLAIMERS
• Can't come up with any right now, but I'll add them here in case anything pops up.
