This is a work in progress mod that is not without bugs, they may happen, please let me know if they do.  Patch 8 compatible by default as the mod uses no dependencies.

ToTF Nautiloid Overhaul is a complete overhaul of the Nautiloid area's encounters.

Taking inspiration from the famously hard mod, Nautiloid Hard, ToTF Nautiloid Overhaul is a mod specifically created for the Tales of The Forgotten mod collection, however it can and it is suggested that you also try it out even if you're not using the collection, ideally with difficulty/enemy addition mods to enhance difficulty in the rest of the game.

Origin characters which have passed the hells of an actual, proper Nautiloid invasion, on vanilla BG3 Honour mode: Wyll, Lae'zel, Karlach, Shadowheart, Gale, Dark Urge.
On a vanilla game you should easily be level 2 before reaching the "Helm".


New allied NPCs which fight off the invasion while trying to survive are now also present, make use of them and the enemy invaders' positioning, during combat. This overhaul also features new bosses, minibosses and elite NPCs which are taking part in this invasion.

Note: The initial run difficulty recommended for an inexperienced player is Balanced, do not play on Honor mode without having played through this mod at least once prior to this. The mod can be very hard, in the final room specifically, if you don't hurry. There's a certain someone that can be problematic when things get out of hand and certain conditions are met.
This here mod is also good for giving your modded runs some much needed early game difficulty, just don't overdo it with the extra difficulty mods, I've warned you.

TIP: Saving Us is not mandatory, but gameplay will drastically be affected, also be warry of the Mind Flayers, not everything is as it seems.
