My great spell of transcendence is mine alone, not to be committed to ink and parchment, but I have also forged three supreme enchanted items that are the physical embodiments of my wizardry, and of them I shall make record.
There is a Crown, an Orb, and a Sceptre, each night-alive and with its own power and purpose, and these I call the Regalia of Karsus.
The Crown of Karsus: to attract and absorb magical knowledge, and give the wearer dominion over himself so that he remains his own entity apart from the Weave.
The Orb of Karsus: a storage device or battery that condenses mystic power, ever-gathering so that it must be syphoned at intervals of its excess.
The Sceptre of Karsus: an instrument of projection, a focusing utensil for the precise wielding of unimaginably vast forces.
Know of these items you must, for if I fail to achieve immortality, they will persist, and I dare say, 'live' on beyond me.

Important Q&A
Q: These passives look like feats and class passives. Are they the same?
A: No, they don’t. These passives are modified versions and can be stacked with them.
Q: Why are they so OP?
A: They were created by Karsus. I don’t think they’re too overpowered.
Q: Why do they have "Flawed" in their name?
A: The real Crown is on top of the brain, and the Scepter is missing—some believe Mystra has it. To reflect this, these are flawed versions, likely prototypes Karsus made before successfully creating the real ones that allowed him to ascend to godhood.
Q: Why are they placed in Sorcerous Sundries and the House of Hope instead of one location?
A:The Scepter is hidden in Sorcerous Sundries because even Markoheshkir is found there, so it makes sense for the Scepter to be even more well-hidden. As for the House of Hope, Raphael would want it so badly that he managed to obtain one—even if it doesn’t help him rule Avernus.
Q: Can I install both versions at the same time?
A: Yes, they don’t have the unique tag, so you can use both together.
