Two new head presets for humans, elves, drow, gnomes, halflings, tieflings and half elves Body Type 1 and Body Type 3. BT1 heads work really well with the thinner body type mod, and the Thin Body and Cute Outfits mod by Sindae.
It might be one of many, but who knows

  • The neck seams for halfling and gnome are pretty aggregious...I plan on fixing them, hopefully soon. It took me a upwards of 5 hrs per session to update for all the races, so once I have some time I will fix piercings and neckseams. 
  • BT3 cannot wear earrings - I have not had time to edit the skeleton and to be honest, given how long it took me, I am not entirely sure that I will
  • BT3 has pretty bad neckseams; I will try to fix at some point, but I also want to enjoy the game! So it might be some time Fixed

I have not playtested halflings, and gnomes, so please do report any bugs you come accross (eg any bulging eyes etc). 

To install: 

  • Place in your BG3/Data folder and enable using BG3 Mod Manager
