I wanted to create a Patch 8 ready "walking mod", and this is the end product of that wish. It adds a toggleable passive to the hotbar, which allows you to switch between walking and running.
I didn't want to use the Script Extender, because scripting is not my strong suit, so my solution was to add a starting passive to all Hero, and Origin Races.
