Death Domain — Improved Reaper Feature
Adds a mostly faithful* adaptation of the Death Domain cleric's Improved Reaper subclass feature from D&D 5e's Dungeon Master's Guide. Unlocks at level 17 per DMG, which requires either Expansion or UnlockLevelCurve.

When the cleric casts a Necromancy spell of 1st- through 5th-level that targets only one creature, the spell can instead target two creatures within range.
*RAW, the two creatures should be within 5 feet of one another, but I went with Larian's implementation in Reaper that simply allows another target within range.
