Werewolf Shadowheart

Shadowheart has a secret and its not just her deity and mission.. With her fear of wolves her other secret is hidden in plain sight.. Shadowheart is a werewolf and can transform into this form in a fight.
While in your normal humanoid form you only have the skill to become a werewolf but once you transform, you gain additional powers and abilities that are tied to that form.
 
How the Origin Characters Work:
  • You are fully able to customize your origin character: Race, Sex, Horns, etc...
  • This Werewolf form scales with levels on damage and powers. Can also use stealth in Werewolf form.
Werewolf Powers While Transformed:
  • You can transform as much as you want and change back to normal. ***Note: In Werewolf form you do not have your normal abilities but do have the abilities below***
  • Added the ability to use stealth while in Werewolf form. 
Werewolf Howl
  • You can howl, once per combat, causing fear in those in a 16 meter radius (unless they pass a Wisdom DC Check)
Werewolf Leap
  • You can now leap attack, once per turn, to knock an enemy prone for 3 turns (Unless they fail a DC Check)
Werewolf Bite
  • You can bite your opponent for 1d6+Level+Strength Modifier Piercing damage and but it has it's drawbacks... 
    • When you bite a humanoid creature, they become a Werewolf  if they fail DC Constitution check and have all the powers with it when they transform
      • Note: Will not work on Gale, Karlach or Vampires or undead.
Werewolf Claw
  • You can Multiattack with your claws to do 1d4+Level+Unarmed Attack Modifier in slashing damage
Werewolf Regeneration
  • Heal for 1d4 HP/Turn
    • Unless poisoned or downed (Which should disable the regeneration)
Increased Movement
  • Movement rate increased by 6
Increased Jump
  • Can jump 2x normal distance
Remove Lycanthropy
  • Remove Werewolf infection on target once per long rest.
Resistances
  • Resistant to Non-Magical Piercing for 1/2 damage from that source
  • Resistant to Non-Magical Slashing for 1/2 damag* from that source
  • Resistant to Non-Magical Bludgeoning for 1/2 damage from that source
Werewolf Strength
  • You gain 20 Strength
  • You gain +2 to your dexterity
  • You gain +4 to your strength
  • Gain temporary HP of 1+Level
