Summary and Motivation
I've found that in my play-throughs of BG3 I almost exclusively use the higher-level spell slots (levels four, five, and six) on classes such as Cleric for casting boring support spells (Heroes' Feast, Freedom of Movement, etc.) rather than the flashy and exciting combat spells. The same applies to lower-level spell slots in the early-game (level two in particular) when casting spells such as Knock or Mage Armor in parties composed exclusively of spellcasters. So, this mod changes the following spells to include ritual casting (ritual casting does not consume a spell slot when the caster is not in combat):
Mage Armor (Spell Level 1)
Knock (Spell Level 2)
Misty Step (Spell Level 2)
Aid (Spell Level 2 but often up-casted)
Freedom of Movement (Spell Level 4)
Heroes' Feast (Spell Level 6)
Is this mod balanced? Probably not, but it certainly adds a touch of variety to late-game spellcasting that is in tune with my gameplay preferences. If you, the reader, would like to suggest any spells, please feel free to leave a post and let me know!
