I removed most of the moles and freckles/spots from the texture, also fixed a weird discolored smudge on the side.
Works on both normal and strong body.
Optional file only fixes the side smudge.
Smoother body- removes most of the spikes from the body, leaving only the ones on the shoulderblades and around tail, spine is slightly less pronounced but left to make everything blend better. I saw xGarlicBread's mod and decided to fix my own to match it.
Unfortunately i am unable to edit meshes so the spikes on hips are still there just less visible.
To remove spikes from genitals and make the look complete use Non-Spiky Tiefling Genitalia mod by Vaylentine
New optional file to make the smoother body more buff. Unfortunately both normal and strong body use the same textures so i cannot separate them.
New alternate version of the smoother and buff that keeps chest and shoulder ridges and spikes and adds strong female leg spikes. There are some seams, mostly thighs around crotch area, but i keep working on it and will try to fix this in the future
On request added an optional version of cleaner body with Y-shaped autopsy scar and Bhaalist scars. CLEA and NM textures from the original mod are REQUIRED: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/4611
