Permissions and credits
*name inspired by NCT dream's life is still going on, because i was listening to that when i created this.

Life Goes On is a very lite ReShade preset, offering some more colour and definition to the scenes of Faerun.

ReShade installation instructions:
1. download the latest version of ReShade over at https://reshade.me/
2. depending on your rendering API, you choose either bg3.exe (for Vulkan) OR bg3_dx11.eve for (DirectX 11)
3. depending on your rendering API, you choose your specific one (Vulkan or DirectX 11)
4. select all shaders and textures by clicking Uncheck All at the top right, and then clicking it again when it changes to Check All so you download everything
5. finish the installation!

Preset installation insturctions:
1. download my preset .ini file (Life Goes On.ini)
2. drag the downloaded .ini file into your Reshade Presets folder. If it doesn't exist, create it in the same place where your Reshade Shaders folder is
3. open BG3 in the usual way, and the ReShade UI will load up. It will tell you to press the Home button on your keyboard to open it up, and then will give you a tutorial.
4. from the drop down menu, it should orient itself to reshade presets, and life goes on.ini should be there. select it and it will load up from the shaders and textures you downloaded already.

Notes:
- i haven't figured out how to properly get it to not affect the UI, and i don't think I'll learn because it doesn't bother me that much... feel free to edit the UI Text sliders to find something that suits you best! i probably won't edit it unless a UI mask for BG3 comes about unfortunately ;_;

- mess with the Ambient Bloom if you don't want it too red-leaning -- unselecting entirely makes it lose it's sharpness but helps pale characters stay true to their vanilla tones

- let me know if you have any issues!

- make sure your reshade is updated so there aren't any dx_11.exe crashes! it hasnt affected me but it has affected others using reshade in general

enjoy!
