!It's ill-advised to remove any mods that adds items or permanent passives mid-playthrough.
If you want to test mods, don't save. And if you only want the skill temporarily, wear the ring, summon, then take it off. Don't chew the cat collar unless you're fine having the skill permanently.
HOW TO GET:
There's a ring, you can wear it to get the skill temporarily. There's also a cat collar, you can eat it once and learn the skill forever.

- Cartilaginous Chest (TUT_Chest_Potions) on, also, the nautiloid
- Also all over the crash site, the three intellect devourer area, because those dead squids are all duplicates, and also the one in goblin shattered sanctum

FEATURES: VANILLA (ONLY BLACK CAT IN THIS VERSION!)
- A leather cat collar that you can chew once to learn the spell forever.
- A now bonus ring that gives Blinded immunity, free shadowstep (non-monk animation), halved fall damage, +2 Dexterity, and its own little story.
- Displacer has panther prowl, panther enhanced jump default to Z bind with all its bouncy sound effects, halved fall damage, and also Blinded immunity (changes DON'T apply to player wild shape, summon only).
- Unique skills: mirror image, pounce/claw attack, jugular strike/bite attack, bonus action blur
FEATURES: PROGRESSION
- Everything above (unique skills aside), then adds 3 levels of progression (min/mid/max) for teleport skill, illusion stats, displacer stats, and base tentacle attacks. And also blue/albino/fawn/lynx coat variation. You will first summon a weaker displacer, then strengthened ones upon passing level 5 and level 9. They each summon appropriately adjusted illusions.
- Unique skills: 9 new spells/skills gradually unlocked. Includes offense, crowd control, ally protection, and a little bit of healing for itself. All Psionics/Psychic themed.
- Special(?): for the few, the brave, the enigmatic, there's now a permanent (de)buff the displacer can cast on itself, to reduce every damage roll by 1d4, 1d8, or 1d12. It's very considerable since the main tentacle attack has rolls for each damage type, meaning the output of every one of your kitty whacks is reduced by 3d4/ 3d8/ 3d12. There's a reset spell in the container.
