About this mod

Adds a new head option. Slightly customized Tiefling Male head B. Personal mod for my own Tiefling but I figure I'll share it so others can use it if they think it looks alright. :)

Thanks to the official BG3 Toolkit this mod is
Now available as a .pak mod and set up for mod.io for use on PC & console systems.
You don't have to replace head B anymore! Now it will add a new head option!
(The old replacer version is still available in the archived files if desired for some reason)


Current .Pak version Instructions:

  • I recommend installing the mod using the in-game mod options through mod.io
  • Alternatively, you may use the BG3 Mod Manager and add the .pak file through there.
As this is a modified version of Head B, that only replace the MESH, it uses the same armature and materials.
Feel free to use the .pak file and modify to your liking if you'd like to make custom textures or swap to a different head's materials.
It was only mildly adjusted so I wouldn't have to modify the armature at all, and I have seen no strange clipping in my 40+ hr playthrough of the game.

This is a simple loose file mod. If you encounter any issues let me know but I don't know if I can fix everything.
I tried to keep edits to the eyes and mouth minimal to preserve the default rig and prevent issues.

**HOW TO INSTALL**


TIF_M_NKD_Head_B.GR2 - Located in Resources folder
Move the TIF_M_NKD_Head_B.GR2 file into your game's data folders the file path should look like this:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\SharedDev\Assets\Characters\_Anims\Tieflings\_Male\Resources\TIF_M_NKD_Head_B.GR2

If you don't have those folders, just create them in the same exact order with the same exact names, then plop the . gr2 file into the Resources folder and you should be good to go!
