Changelogs
New descriptions and videos for Update 3.5 still under work.
But the update is finished and uploaded, for changes refer to changelogs.

A faint inscription runs the length of the blade.
'Grant them a merciful death.'

Add a new conceptual weapon to the game called Clemency, a longsword with some unique attack skills and power that grows with you.

The sword belongs to a vicious former Paladin of Devotion, known for his impeccable martial prowess.
His faith in the good of humanity was unshaken until he was betrayed by the ones he cherished most. They all died at his hand. Though instead of following the path of an Oathbreaker, he had left his past behind and became devoted to Ilmater, the god of compassion.
He then wielded the sword and swore to defend the helpless against evil forces, repurposing its innate holy power to give his foes a most merciful punishment.
But nowadays he's only known as a folktale legend. Word is he left for the Underdark one day, pursuing a dark cult that's hunting down Ilmatari priests, and never came back.

The sword's power grows with its wielder, as the base stats and perks mostly scales with the wielder's stats:

Perks:
Strike Quick: When a target successfully dodges your attack, give them a quick thrust with the tip of the sword, dealing an unavoidable [DEX Modifier] Piercing damage.
Strike Hard: When you make an attack with Advantage, you deal an extra [STR Modifier] Bludgeoning damage and your target is sent Reeling for 2 turns.
Strike True: Your attacks have Improved Critical Hit chance and ignores Resistance to Slashing damage.

Bonus damage:
Lv1-3: Deals an extra 1 Radiant damage.
Lv4: Change the damage to 1d4
Lv6: Upgrade the die to 1d6
Lv8: Upgrade the die to 1d8
Lv10: Upgrade the die to 1d10
Lv12: Upgrade the die to 1d12

Weapon enchantment:
Lv7: Weapon enchantment +1
Lv9: Weapon enchantment +2
Lv11: Weapon enchantment +3

Proficiency with the weapon unlocks these intrinsic skills:

Whirlwind Strike

Strike out at all nearby foes, making separate Attack Rolls against each target.

Blade Barrage

Channel the sword's holy essence into a destructive, widespread volley.

Valiant Charge
Charge forward and slam the sword in the first enemy in your way.

At the heart of the sword lies
Sanguine Scripture

Recite the ancient Oath engraved on the sword and fuel its holy power with your own sanctified blood.

Derived from some weapons' innate extra attack skills and with the concept of giving your foe a peaceful and painless death even at the cost of your own life force.
When cast, Lacerate yourself for 1 turn and take some weapon damage, then gain the ability to cast either Requiescat or Confiteor once, as a Bonus Action.
This ritual can be performed at will with no action cost.
The self damage is 1d4 slashing + scaling radiant equal to the sword bonus damage.

Requiescat

Deliver a holy smite charged by your own life force.
Deals weapon damage. On a hit, the target becomes Pacified (3 turns, guaranteed), numbing the pain of their inevitable death.
A Staggered target struck by this attack has a 50% chance to be set ablaze with Holy Flame

Confiteor
Offer your life force to the heavens and call down a pillar of divine flame.
Deals Fire + Radiant damage and possibly Stagger (3 turns, CON save) enemies in a 3m vicinity.
The impact also leaves behind a circle of Holy Fire surface for 2 turns.

New conditions/statuses:
Lacerated: Suffering from an open wound. Affected creature take 2 Piercing damage every time they make an attack.
Pacified:
Affected creature cannot be Frightened, but also cannot move and their Strength decreases by 1 per turn remaining.
Staggered: Affected creature cannot take Reaction and has Disadvantage on all Saving Throw.

Optional changes:
Holy Flame/ Holy Fire surface: Holy fire was only made to be used by a certain NPC and not the player, as such there are some small issues that were never patched. I took it into my hand to fix it but in the process gave it a tiny buff to make it a bit less underwhelming. Changes are as follow:
- The surface is still "Holy fire" but the single target status is now called "Holy flame" (original dev intention).
- Fixed the description for both.
- Changed the status icon to differentiate (since too many radiant statuses use the same generic icon)
- Both deals 1d6 Radiant damage per turn (buffed from the original 1d4), and a further 1d4 damage to fiends and undead.
