Alternative tiefling head 5 preset
Used a NPC's elven head (Minthara's) and tweaked it a little
The neck seam on this model is visible and the way of fixing it in Blender didn't work for me, so I gave up at some point
Installation: Unzip to "Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Baldurs Gate 3 \ Data"
Important: this mod was made for early access and might not work for current version of the game. I don't play BG3 anymore, so I don't have it installed and unfortunately can't update the mod and test it.
