Change the Fetish of Calladuran Smoothhands into a new Legendary ring with some passives and spells that were bestowed upon Calladuran Smoothhands' devotees
Passives:
Callarduran's Resolve: When you inflict a condition, gain Arcane Synergy for 2 rounds.
Callarduran's Pederverance: You gain Advantage on Attack Rolls and receive Disadvantage on Saving Throws.
Spells:
Added a cantrip version of Spirit Guardians. Deals 3d8 Radiant damage, can only be used once per long rest with concentration (but still might be unbalanced)
Location is unchanged from vanilla game.
