:: MANUAL INSTALL ::
♦ Download the .zip folder
♦ Extract the folder
♦ Open the folder
♦ Copy the Generated folder
♦ Go to your game files (/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Baldurs Gate 3/Data)
♦ Paste the Generated folder into the Data folder.

:: MANUAL INSTALL (For Unique Tav)::
♦ Download the .zip folder
♦ Extract the folder
♦ Open the folder of which tattoo you'd like to use
♦ Copy Skin_Atlas_Body_UNI_Tattoo_A_MSK.DDS
♦ Go to your game files (/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Baldurs Gate 3/Data/Public\Shared\Assets\unique_tav\FACE\TATTOO)
♦ Paste Skin_Atlas_Body_UNI_Tattoo_A_MSK.DDS folder into the TATTOO folder.
