Daughter, Dark Urge half drow. Just before moving on to Act Two, seventh level. Alfira is alive, the tieflings are alive, Minthara is dead. Many items are in the container at the camp. The only equipped companions are Lae'zel, Shadowheart, and Karlach. Daughter and Lae'zel have the illithid power Luck of the Far Realms.
UPDATE: I've also added the beginning of Act Three. Aylin is alive (to continue the romance with Shadowheart), Jaheira and Isobel have died. The alchemical ingredients are in Gale's inventory, specializing in transmutation to maximize alchemical production. The only characters equipped are Lae'zel, Shadowheart, and Karlach. Many items are in the camp chest. Rest and enjoy!
Simply extract the save game and put it in the following folder:
C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public\Savegames\Story
