I'm trying to use the Dread Overlord subclass, but it doesn't show up in the character creator and only the 3 vanilla subclasses show up. I also have the Oath Of Conquest Paladin subclass installed, but it always says "Not Installed" regardless of where I put it in the load order.
Hey, the mod is cool but for the paladin and cleric class, the subclasses aren't in alphabetical order and there are some that aren't here. Is there a solution to fix this ?
So I picked up a weird one when using Oath of the Phoenix - Paladin subclass and Oath of the Storm - Paladin Subclass with the Previwer Mod, that Storm seems to overwrite the ability in Phoenix (both do show up as selectable subclasses and you can select phoenix you just get Storms abilities instead) If I turn Previwer off they no longer overwrite.
Technically speaking, the mod for that thing would be Dual subclass and not this. But anyway, the second class abilities are on one of your other spell pages - common probably.
Depends, but likely not. If you do not want to pick a second subclass you need "Plus Subclass - Wretch" If you want to pick from the vanilla subclasses for wizard you need "Plus Subclass - Dual class" If you want to pick from another wizard subclass that isn't showing then they aren't using Compatibility framework (and I don't think I'll patch them myself for this goal - pick those at level 1 and the other supported ones at level 2)
Fighter & Rogue Lv3 is asking me to select another Subclass.
So at level 1, I choose Eldritch Knight, level 2 is fine, then level 3 asks me to choose another subclass and gives me the options between Arcane Archer, Rune Knight and Wretch, which then subsequently overrides my subclass so a bit perplexed.
Rogue similar thing happens but when getting to lv3 it makes me choose between Shadow Dancer and Wretch
What is happening is the following: The custom class .pak is adding the subclass at level 3 via scripts with Compatibility Framework which I can't delete without reuploading another modder work. Dual Subclass function is mainly injecting the vanilla subclasses at level 3.
Install Wretch (the subclass version) and at level 3 pick it to go through that screen without getting a second subclass - and the first subclass is never overriden.
A couple issues to report: 1) There are subclasses that do not appear in your list that did with the vanilla UI (well, with improveUI). The ones I'm missing are the Path of the Storm Herald for Berserker and some of the newer Alternate Monk subclasses. (I'm seeing these in the changelog for 1.1.0 so seems like a known issue). 2) Oathbreaker Paladins are naked on the CC screen when starting a new game after installing this mod.
1 - 1.1.0 will fix everything related to this. I have a massive migraine right now due to eye strain working on that release. 2 - Didn't know, and can't confirm right now. Will test out but know that Oathbreakers are enabled on this mod, not available by default.
Hey there is an issue with base subclasses not being available during level up. I noticed this on the druid at level 2 the only options available are the mod added subclasses. Cricle of stars, circle of wildfire. I did not check other classes but I will be checking them now.
Edit: So with 1.10 subclasses are still showing at level up for wizard and its only showing the modded ones not any of the base subclasses
That is because the goal of this is to select your subclass at level 1. Anyway, check the changelog. Information about the unreleased version 1.1.0 can be seen there. You actually seeing the modded subclasses at all at level 2 is a consequence of Compatibility framework.
This mod will change on version 1.1.0 to accomplish 4 goals: 1. Allow you to pick your subclass (and see them) at level 1 instead of level 2 and 3. 2. Allow to pick 2 subclasses, 1 subclass or none at all. 3. Fix problems with mods build by other people. 4. Fix the incompatibility that was present thus far. From 1.1.0 onward you will be able to install others classes without awaiting official support by me (at least at the intended level).
I sincerely don't know if this is a mod error, or USER error on my part.. but I'm trying to roll a new character, and I'm missing options. Notably in creating a new dwarf cleric.. (Image below for reference.)
Am I needing additional mod downloads? Do I have the load order wrong?
Again, I sincerely apologize for my noobness (lol)
(I use the Nexus Vortex Mod Manager... Is there a simple way to export my load order? I evidently have 106 mods, so taking a screenshot isn't optimal.. lol.)
Hello! I am having problems running all of your plus mods (races, classes, subclasses, and origins) together (only using the bare minimum other required mods). I have found that all but plus subclasses works, unless I have the plus subclass previewer vanilla one, in which case all of them work but plus races. I have tried various combinations of them as well. I also reached out on discord.

some are missing. Is that a load order issue?
If you do not want to pick a second subclass you need "Plus Subclass - Wretch"
If you want to pick from the vanilla subclasses for wizard you need "Plus Subclass - Dual class"
If you want to pick from another wizard subclass that isn't showing then they aren't using Compatibility framework (and I don't think I'll patch them myself for this goal - pick those at level 1 and the other supported ones at level 2)

I'm not using the Duel subclass mod.
