UPDATE 1.9
Finally cleared my to-do list (pretty much). Making all the DB themed icons sucked thanks to my lack of DB knowledge and it ended up being me going "Random bullsh*t go!" and see whatever sticks. Anyway update is here now after long period of nothing! I'll be spending my time making icons for other people's projects now that there's no much on the to-do list here, unless someone comes through with a request for a mod I've missed. There is one thing I want to do for this mod still.. look below.
Also IMPORTANT! I have removed the Fathomless Warlock icon in this update, since the mod had now fixed their icon in their 3.0 update. If anyone still wants my version for whatever reason (why would you???), you'll have to find it in the older versions in the file archive. Maybe I can upload a separate alternate version that uses mine if anyone wants, but really, why would you.
ALSO also if you're curious how I made these icons, what prompts, models, setting etc, I made a collection over on Civitai (where I made the icons) so you can see the full prompt and setting for each icon. A few icons are missing cuz I can't find them anymore. You might notice they look a little worse quality in there. That's because they're the original images generated before editing. I usually put them in an upscaler before I start doing light photoshop work on them.

Like I said in the description, any request for a new icon for another class or subclass mod is welcomed!There's some interesting homebrew subclass I didn't touch on like Goblimancy. If any of you request something of the sort I might just do it cuz I'm bored lol.Kinda taking on every request at this point lmao.
Also keep in mind these are AI-generated content! I'm not going to be a jerk and call myself an artist for this and I totally get the dislike towards AI. That being said, this did took at least some effort so go easy on me >_>-
I greatly appreciate the honesty. I'm not a supporter of AI myself, but i think its very respectful and commendable to clarify that these are AI generated! I was curious, how long did it take to prompt the inputs to get the desired results? Did you have the designs in mind when you started prompting for them?

When I started prompting for them, I don't have a specific design in mind, but I do have some sort of idea of what I want in these icons. Like how Aberrant Mind obviously needs a Mind Flayer or a tadpole! Sometimes I just prompt the subclass name like "Sorcerer, Divine Soul" and it just does its job well enough.
And sometimes it absolutely sucks at its job! Some icons took only two or three tries to get a good looking one, while some icons like Wildfire and Stormchasers probably took a good few hours to get anything okay looking. Probably because they're less solid(?) and more environment-y. So it depends on the icon. -

ImprovedUI Assets is for patch 6 isn't it? Does that mean this mod doesn't work now?

in impui githhub download page, it says that since patch 7 impui assets arent needed any longer as they're implemented in the mod itself. tho i still cant get custom icons to work

Sometimes there's a mod that prevents them from working but I can't remember which mods do this sorry.
If you take a look at some of the DIQ patches though, they should fix some icons for you.

The mod still works for me with patch 7: ImpUI (ImprovedUI) Patch7Ready and without ImprovedUI Assets Patch 6. I play circle of wildfire druid subclass and the icon from this mod is present, so guess the other will work too.

So I am having none of my icons appear for whatever reason. I'm not even getting the skull icon; it's just a blank space, but the class and subclasses are still there.

Same. This collection is fully broken and should just be removed if not maintained. This is unplayable.

I'm aware this mod is unmaintained but as far as I'm concerned the method of inserting new icons to Improved UI still hasn't changed since I last updated. Someone else is welcomed to prove me wrong as I don't have the game to test it anymore though. In any case, please double check if you have ImprovedUI and ImprovedUI Assets.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but for Oath of Conquest I still have the generic skull icon.
I've tried placing this mod both at the top of my load order and at the bottom, and I have both Improved UI and Improved UI assets.
Anyone else having issues as well, or just me?-
I'm having this issue as well. All of the icons for my moded classes and subclasses worked perfectly fine when I first installed this mod. But, it seems after Hotfix #20 on 2/29, my modded classes don't even show an icon and my modded subclasses all show the skull icon. Not sure if they Hotfix is the culprit or not.
