Spoilers for Act 3 finale
No one wants to be the only mind flayer in town with boring, dull eyes. Even the newborn illithid terrifying the Baldur's Gate get brighter peepers. Instead, bring some Imperial style into your brand-new life with one of 37 glowing preset colours, including eyes that match your mind flayerboyfriend mortal enemy pal guide.
Only one colour can be used at a time as they overwrite each other. Select the zip file with your colour of choice and install it with BG3MM, or download the main zip file with all the colours, unzip it yourself and drop the file you'd like to try in the mod manager. This mod will affect the Tav/Durge and Karlach mind flayers, but should not affect Gale-flayer or any other creature. To remove the effect, delete the file entirely from BG3MM.
