About this mod
A comprehensive buff overhaul with quality of life in mind, without feeling like a cheater!. Gone are the days of cycling out hirelings to spam buffs on your party every time you rest! Buffs have been reworked as auras which provide lingering statuses upon exiting their area.
- Permissions and credits
Buffs are applied by the auras in one turn cycles, allowing a character to leave the aura and still retain the buff for a turn. You can also dip in to the aura to instantly get one turn of a buff before going off to do your own thing. All affected spell buffs apply auras in a radius equal to their spell level up to a maximum of 9m. Guidance, thaumaturgy, and resistance have a static 9m radius. Blade ward has a static 2m radius.

Looping VFX\SFX, overhead and combat log notifications have been disabled for all modded buffs. Concentration has been removed for some, but not all buffs. Buff status effects are all vanilla with the exception of slipping immunity added to freedom of movement to compete a bit more with its big brothers in the major movement category.

1.1.0 update: Increased lingering buff duration to 2 turns, so buffs no longer flash on and off out of combat.
Planned updates: 5e spells, the addition of lingering status effects to existing vanilla auras, and and a version or add on which
increases lingering buff duration with upcasting.
After play testing more extensively I plan to release a version with status effect balances to fit the new buff style. I would love feedback on
buffs to add, balancing suggestions, and most of all BUGS.
