I saw a comic that put an autopsy scar on a Durge and kinda loved it. And now here we are!
For Tieflings, dwarves, gnomes, elves, humans, and half-elves, includes strong female versions for all that have them. I tried to get a variety of skin screenshots so you could see how the skin tone works with them. Based on the Bhaal Scars, in that most of those are on the normal too. Hard to notice next to the big ol autopsy one.
Dragonborn version is quite different and has no other scars. The way scars act on Dragonborn is way different than others, and I had to work around some solid looking scales.
Now there's a version that works with Transmasc Top Surgery! There's a version with or without top scars. Options also for top scars for body 2/4.
Installation:
Install Unique Tav Custom Appearance.
Install whatever custom Tav options you like from that mod
Pick one of my files
Override by unpacking zipped contents to SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Baldurs Gate 3/Data/
Done!
