"If Find Familiar is so good, why is there no Find Familiar 2?" (Disclaimer: I know Find Familiar is not very good)
This adds higher level familiars to Find Familiar, similar to the Ghoul/Flying Ghoul for Animate Dead, the Myrmidons for Conjure Elemental, etc. Currently, I think this only works for the Wizard version of the spell. Items have also been added (and placed in various locations) for each new Familiar, which can be used via right click from the inventory (or added to the hotbar for quick use) to summon their corresponding Familiar.
If 5e Spells is also installed (please put this mod after it in the load order), the new familiars are also added to Flock of Familiars, so any class that can learn that spell can also access them this way. (Note that the number of familiars in total starts at 3 at the level that familiar is unlocked and increases by 1 on upcast from there, because 5 Hook Horrors is probably plenty.)

This should work with other mods that modify Find Familiar, since it doesn't touch the spell itself (I used the way the Myrmidons are added to Conjure Elemental at higher levels as a reference). I would probably put it after them in the mod order just to be sure.
